1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at familiesfirstcpraz.org or booking a class with Families First CPR AZ, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Families First CPR AZ provides American Heart Association (AHA) certified CPR, BLS, ACLS, Heartsaver CPR/AED, and Basic First Aid training. We are a mobile training service and travel to your facility within a 50-mile radius of the Greater Phoenix, AZ area. We do not provide training at private residences.
3. Booking & Payment
- All bookings require a deposit or full payment at the time of booking via Square.
- A 50% deposit is required to hold your booking date and time.
- The remaining balance is due on the day of training.
- A $150 travel and setup fee applies to all on-site training sessions.
- Group sessions accommodate 8–12 participants.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
4. Cancellation & Reschedule Policy
One-Time Reschedule Policy
Each booking is eligible for one (1) reschedule at no additional charge, provided written notice is given at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
No Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your booking, your deposit and any payments made will not be returned. We strongly encourage rescheduling rather than canceling.
5. Attendee Information Accuracy
All attendee names and email addresses must be accurate and complete at the time of booking. This information is used to issue AHA certification cards. Families First CPR AZ is not responsible for errors in certification records resulting from inaccurate attendee information provided by the client.
6. Certification
AHA certification cards are issued same-day upon successful completion of the course. Certification is contingent upon passing all required skills and written assessments. Families First CPR AZ reserves the right to withhold certification from any participant who does not meet AHA standards.
7. Limitation of Liability
Families First CPR AZ provides training in good faith in accordance with AHA guidelines. We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the application or non-application of CPR or first aid skills in real-world situations. CPR training does not guarantee successful resuscitation outcomes.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and course materials, is the property of Families First CPR AZ or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
